After fifteen years as a classroom teacher, I wanted to scale my impact and help support other teachers. While continuing to teach, I studied at Lesley University, earning a Ph.D. in Education Leadership. My passion is keeping new teachers in the classroom by setting up systems of support for students, administrators, and teachers.
